Packaging
All our items, with the exception of the Speak No Evil Candle, come in a hand dyed linen drawstring bag. They are perfect to reuse. Pop some lavender inside and boom, homemade scented pouches for your drawers. Or use it when you're traveling to carry your jewelry safely.
Our body butter comes in an amber glass pot, perfect to keep your butter protected from uv light, which is also reusable, you can use it to store anything you want.
Small items (think jewelry, lip balm, etc.) will be sent in a recyclable paper padded envelope and larger item (candles, body balms, etc.) will be sent in a recyclable cardboard box with Kraft paper as conditioning, as it is also recyclable.
We aim to recycle and reuse all packaging whenever possible, and we try and keep it's usage to a minium as an effort to maintain our studio as green as possible.
If you want a product gift wrapped there is no additional cost, just leave a note at checkout, in the little box that says “Special instructions for seller”. Our gift wrap consists of a hand stamped, recyclable kraft paper baggie, finished with our logo sticker.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. All items are made to order, please allow up to 7-15 days to complete and ship your item. All orders are shipped with CTT - Correios de Portugal via Registered Priority Mail or Cash on Delivery. Heavier items will ship via CTT Encomenda Base. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
After shipping, you will receive an email with the estimate shipping date and the tracking number.
Estimated delivery time for registered priority mail:
- Portugal: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 2-3 business days
- Rest of the world: 3-5 business days
Cash on Delivery has an additional 5€ fee and is only available for deliveries to Portugal and Islands. The order must be payed upon delivery.
We are not responsible for additional tax and duty fees related to customs. We are also not responsible for items that are retained, stolen or lost in the mail.
Returns + Exchanges
In case you aren't completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges on all online store items within 15 business days of receiving your order.
Email us at info@mysticapesstudio.com with your name, the item you wish to refund or exchange and the receipt number, before sending it back to us.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded and we are not responsible for the return shipping cost. In case of an exchange, the shipping costs of the new item is our responsibility.
All items must be returned unused, in the same condition as they were shipped, with the original packaging and content. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items bought from any of our stockists. We do not accept returns on custom jewellery pieces.
All apothecary products are final sales. No returns or exchanges are possible.
Repairs
We believe in the quality of our work, however we want you to love and use your items for many, many years. We will repair any jewelry items that have damaged from regular wear and tear, or from any fault in the handcrafting process. A small fee may apply if the repair requested is due to improper use of the item.

Custom Orders
We love making custom pieces. As long as it stays true to our brand's own personal style and aesthetic, whether it be a specific design, a variation on any of our models, or even a different color, braid, we'd love to work with you. In case you want a personal stamped message on one of our existing pieces leave a note at checkout, in the little box that says “Special instructions for seller”. State what it is you want stamped along with instructions as to where in the piece you want it placed. There are no additional costs.
Pricing
Prices may be subject to change due to the fluctuations in the metal market. This is also true for the raw materials we use for our skin care and candle collections as well as for the textiles we use, mainly silk and cotton. Please note that any sales, promotions and coupon codes are only valid during the dates specified in that specific offer.
